Ground work can be affordable! It all comes down to using the right equipment and a skilled team, our team, to make sure that your land is ready for the next step – foundation.
We can work with you to source proper material – such as select borrow and/or gravel to compact your land flat. And we mean it… FLAT! You will see our team members running around your build site with laser levels making sure that the compacted soil is FLAT.
Need a SEPTIC SYSTEM? This is when it’s best to think about installing your septic system – to minimize costs . Most times, we can use the material from digging out the septic system to fill your building pad.
Foundation -> Concrete?
Concrete can be cheaper!
By working with us, you’ll get the lowest prices , maintaining high quality of your foundation. Your foundation has to last more than 100 years .. we make sure that you don’t have to worry about your home’s foundation.
